The Queen of Wands is usually associated with the trait of being amiable and friendly towards others. It is a sign that a person integrates teamwork and camaraderie in all of his affairs as she believes that there is no “I” in “team”. She is an individual who constantly supports and motivates other people to always do their best in everything they do. In this card, a queen can be seen sitting calmly on a colossal throne. She holds a beautiful sunflower on her left hand which stands for fertility, happiness and pleasure. Images of such flower can also be seen on the throne where she rests. Other than that, a mystical wand can be observed on her right hand. It is blooming with positive energy and optimism which is a definite symbolism for life, warmth and fidelity. However, with the appearance of the black cat on her feet, she seems to have a dark and negative side. This is closely linked to witchcraft, black magic and enchantment.

Love — Upright

Upright, the Queen of Wands represents maximal productivity and even fertility. With this card’s blessing, you are bound to succeed if you’re thinking of adding one more family member to your happy partnership. Being a parent is a challenging task. Giving birth to a child is not the difficult part- raising your little one and ensuring they become good and productive citizens is. But the Queen of Wands' blessing assures you and your partner that you will be able to fulfill your duties to help your child grow with your love. Further, because it represents production, it means that you are able to do great things in other areas, primarily financial and emotional development. Both of you will be able to go on huge vacations together and sort out any preexisting problems within your bond. This card's proactive and productive characteristics will only help solidify the things between you and your significant other. In a sense, it would help the two of you grow more in love. After all, a person doesn't stop growing and maturing after they hit legal age. All of this means that your relationship is as stable as it can get. Hold on to it dearly. This is only the beginning of a long but beautiful journey that you and your partner will be taking together. There are bumps along the way, but it will only help bring you and the family you've created closer and make your emotional bond with them even stronger.

💔Love — Reversed

Reversed, the Queen of Wands represents stagnation and an overall deterioration of your relationship. Of course, this doesn’t mean that your relationship is a lost cause with no hope of recovery, however certain reforms have to be put in place to ensure that the bond is not lost. For example, if you have problems with your attitude which needs changing, you need to work on them slowly and incrementally, as such inconveniences to your partner could lead to you having to pack your bags. Change will be difficult, but overcoming yourself will allow you to better your relationship. Remember that although your changes are partly motivated to keep your relationship strong and healthy, the most important thing of all is that you change for yourself. Changing your negative traits and habits is only part of self-improvement, which you can only achieve with the prompting and encouragement of a loved one. But if you find yourself doing things for the sake of pleasing your partner and not because you want to become a better person, then perhaps you should stop doing it at once. Chances are you are being manipulated by your significant other, and there was, in fact, nothing wrong with who you are. Those who are single must change their bad habits. If you have a particularly nasty trait, to begin with, then maybe you can point to it as the reason why people decide against engaging in a relationship with you. Address your unpleasantness first before you even start thinking of flirting with someone else!

💰Wealth — Upright

The Queen of Wands is among the most beautiful cards in all the Minor Arcana, and in the realm of wealth, this is even truer. By design, this card represents the productive ability and the capacity for maternal care. The former means that you are ambitious and able to meet your goals, while the latter moderates that ambition and makes you care for others more, because you know deep down that success cannot be enjoyed, let alone achieved if you do the work alone. The Queen of Wands reminds you that socializing is an essential component of wealth; use it well. Strengthen your bond with your colleagues. Make them feel that you value their input genuinely and that you trust their expertise enough that they could deliver their best work every time. This will help establish camaraderie and rapport within your workplace and make way for effective and efficient work strategies. It is also high time that you forge connections outside your workplace. Should the opportunity present itself, create linkages with groups and individuals. They do not have to be in the same field as you are; merely having people you can rely on in all sorts of industries can assist you in any future endeavors. Most importantly, deal with colleagues and clients in a heartfelt and genuine manner. Many people are good judges of character, and you don’t want to miss out on opportunities simply because people noticed how you have a sinister agenda underneath your facade. Who knows, you might even find lifelong friends through this.

⚠️Wealth — Reversed

The opposite of concord is discord, and this is the lesson Queen of Wands in the reverse position seeks to impart to you. While you’re a capable employee individually and maybe even a great accumulator of wealth in your own right, the problem lies in your ability to properly coordinate with others. This is a fairly common problem among teams where one employee has worked in the company for years. Another instance where you might be prompted to do such acts is when you are the team leader, and you feel like you have more authority than everyone else in the group. There is nothing wrong with feeling your oats and acting like the superior that you are. But it is not an excuse for you to set aside the talent and effort that your colleagues poured into their outputs. Such behavior may even cause these people to develop hostility towards you. It could be that you’re too proud to recognize the lengths your teammates have pushed themselves to see things get done at work. This primary problem does not bode well, because it could eventually lead you to lose your job or business later on. Learn how to work with people. Even if you regard yourself as a “lone wolf,” you still need to learn how to cooperate and coordinate with others. As the saying goes, “no man is an island.” You cannot accomplish incredible feats without others, and it is only proper that you also recognize them.
